We are Joe and Jane, a retired couple who live in Mesa Arizona. For three years we were full time RVers exploring the United States. We now take trips in our 5th wheel, especially during the summer, to see beautiful and fun places across the United States.
Joe
I am a retired electrical engineer who spent his first two years of retirement driving school bus and enjoying the outdoor recreation available in Minocqua, WI. My hobbies include outdoor photography, hiking, biking, and kayaking.
Jane and I discuss our travel plans, then the route planning and RV park reservations are my job. I am the one who does more of our website maintenance and blog writing. Jane adds content and edits what I write to help me look like I have better grammar than I really do. I enjoy sharing our travels and hope maybe in some small way we will inspire somebody to take a trip to someplace we highlight.
Jane
I retired from being a stay-at-home mom and multi-interest volunteer when Shaun (see below) headed off to college. I drove school bus for just over a year. I like the outdoors too, but unfortunately I despise mosquitoes and they love me. I’m into counted cross-stitch, quilting, jigsaw puzzles, reading, kayaking, and swimming.
Zazzy
I’m a tortoiseshell cat mom and dad rescued from the Spartanburg Humane Society. I love my life which includes chasing balls, eating both wet and dry cat food, and sleeping on mom. I’m a really good traveler for a cat. Oooh the ball is trying to get away….bye.
Shaun
Shaun, our youngest offspring, hosts our website on their server and provides technical support. They are a System Administrator at Michigan Tech University. Without them, I don’t think the website could have happened. They truly are the brains behind this operation and our personal help desk technician.
