In mid-December we traveled to the Caribbean island of Antigua for a weeks stay at Jolly Beach Resort. The weather was fantastic with highs in the low 80’s and lows in the low 70’s with a few minutes of rain each day.
The sunsets were spectacular with vivid reds, oranges, and yellows contrasting with blues and magentas each evening. Waves were usually about 6 inches high.

Jolly Beach Resort is an all-inclusive property with 3 restaurants on site. We mostly ate at The Palms which is a buffet with a great variety of choices. We enjoyed the food, especially the Antiguan Black Pineapple. This local variety of pineapple claims to be the sweetest in the world. It was delicious and we had some with most of our meals.
We had a fantastic week relaxing and swimming at the resort.
Note, Joe left his camera at home and all pictures were taken with a Pixel 8A.
